Waves Corporation Limited (formerly Waves Singer Pakistan Limited) (the Company) was incorporated in Pakistan under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act, 2017) as a public company limited by shares and is quoted on the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Consequent to approval of scheme of arrangement, the principal line of business has been amended which includes managing its investment in subsidiaries, which are principally engaged in manufacturing and assembly of domestic consumer appliances along with retailing and trading the same and real estate development.
